Each book is carefully inspected before shipping. Some titles arrive from publisher sealed in protective film. If the original wrap has been compromised during transport, we professionally replace it to ensure the book reaches you in excellent presentation and condition. All orders are packed with rigid structural protection to safeguard corners, edges, and spines during transit.
Unless stated otherwise, all books are new and sourced from authorised distributors. Minor handling marks that occasionally occur during publisher transport are assessed before dispatch.
Yes. When available, limited editions, special print runs, or collectible coffee table books are clearly identified on the product page. Relevant details such as edition type, print run information, condition notes, and original publisher seal (if applicable) are explicitly stated.
Yes. The titles arrive factory sealed from the publisher. If a protective film has been damaged, then this will be replaced to ensure presentation quality. This is handled professionally prior to shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and item. Each case is reviewed individually, and we will arrange a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund where appropriate.
In accordance with EU distance selling regulations, private customers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original presentation condition. For collectible or sealed editions, the original publisher seal must remain intact. Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide instructions.
