Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the use of the Casa Idee Fiks webshop and all purchases made through our online store.
1. General Information
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the Casa Idee Fiks webshop. By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. Additional terms from the customer are only valid if explicitly accepted in writing by Casa Idee Fiks.
2. Pricing
All prices displayed on the webshop are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Any additional shipping, administrative, or reservation costs will be clearly indicated before checkout.
Product images are intended for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations may occur and certain decorative elements shown in photographs may not be included.
3. Product Availability
We strive to keep all product information accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors, inaccuracies, or temporary stock issues may occur.
Casa Idee Fiks reserves the right to modify, update, or remove products at any time without prior notice. If a product is unavailable after purchase, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
For specific questions regarding availability, editions, delivery times, or product details, customers are encouraged to contact us before placing an order.
4. Payments
Payments can be made securely through the payment methods offered during checkout, including bank card and credit card payments.
Casa Idee Fiks reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of suspected fraud, misuse, or previous payment issues.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. Any visible damage, missing items, or delivery issues must be reported immediately after receipt.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the customer or their designated recipient.
6. Retention of Ownership
All products remain the property of Casa Idee Fiks until full payment has been received.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Customers purchasing as consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days unless otherwise specified.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Casa Idee Fiks clearly by email or written communication within the withdrawal period.
Returned products must be sent back in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.
Casa Idee Fiks reserves the right to refuse returns or request compensation if returned items show signs of damage, use, or loss of value.
8. Warranty
Customers benefit from the legal warranty provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, improper handling, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.
9. Late or Non-payment
In the event of non-payment or late payment, Casa Idee Fiks reserves the right to suspend deliveries, cancel orders, or reclaim unpaid products.
Additional legal or administrative costs may apply where permitted by law.
10. Privacy Policy
Casa Idee Fiks respects the privacy of its customers and handles personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
Customer information is used solely for internal purposes such as order processing, customer service, and improving the webshop experience.

11. Validity of Terms

Casa Idee Fiks reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase applies to the order.
13. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium. Customers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform where applicable.
